2. Command options will appear allowing you to print or choose from a set of other print options.
The following appears in the report:
- Item – The item group code
- Item Name – The item description
- Location ID and location name, if the item is lotted
- Stocking Unit – The stocking unit of measure for this item.
- Inventory Onhand – The current on-hand inventory for each location for the item. Sales orders that do not have commitments against a lot or location will appear as Unspecified in the location name field.
- Committed Sales – The total of all unshipped sales orders, work orders, and open planned transfers for the item.
- Available to Sell – The total quantity available to sell after deducting sales commitments. This amount is derived by the following calculation: Inventory on-hand – committed sales = available to sell.

Note: Items that have no on-hand quantity will not appear on this report, even if there are existing sales orders or work orders and planned transfers for the item.
